Why is a gas powered golf cart better than electric?

By far, gasoline-powered golf carts are the preferred option. We initially considered going with electric golf carts because we like the “green” feel, but we found that many tourists were getting stuck with dead batteries after as little as one hour of usage. Batteries in golf carts were designed to last only for a few rounds of golf, not be driven for hours at a time on public roads. They also start slow and get slower as the day progresses. Gas-powered golf carts are also faster!
